Make speakers using junk

materials :

1. styrofoam bowl

2. Paper plates

3. Magnet button (about 6 pieces)

4. Waste paper

5. Wire Magnet (from the voice coil / coil former tv or radio)

6. glue

7. scissor or cutter

Magnet wire is a thin wire plated copper, can be found in used electronic devices for free hehehe, or you can be purchased in electronic stores .

for the magnets we can buy at a nearby store,, :D

and for magnet wire i get from the broken TV. we can find a lot of small transformer on the circuit board, and we can use to make the speaker

Caution: Never take the magnet wire on TV,  when the component is still good. just broken tv...

Step 1: Create Cylinder Magnet

row about 5-6 pieces of flat magnet, up to 1-2 inches.

Cut lengthwise and roll around the magnet, then give the tape at the side,

Then, cut the paper lengthwise again and roll outside the rolled paper earlier and tape again.

Note: Both the paper roll had not united or glue. Because paper in functioning as a separator.

Step 2: The shape of the coil wire

Roll about 50 times a coil of wire around the paper. The rolls should not be tight, but it must be tight.

Glue the roll so as not to shift. Then cut the paper so that the slide could occur between the paper and magnets.

Then glue the bottom of the paper plate.

Step 3: Form speaker

While waiting for the glue is dry, cut the Styrofoam cup that is shaped like a speaker.

Step 4. Install

Glue a magnet on the styrofoam cup. When the glue has dried, attach the paper rolls with magnets.

Troops paper plates with rolls paper just above the magnet, glue a paper plate so it does not move.

Step 5: Paint (optional)

If you want to look a little bit cool, you can try to coloring

Step 6: Remove the Veil Wire

remove the wire sheath uses sandpaper or burned.

Step 7: Plug and Play

Connect yours speaker, with stereo speakers, and play.

The resulting sound is not too loud because the used magnets are also low quality. want a louder sound ? let's create with good quality magnet
